It is really easy to get a free daily gift. You just need to log in into your FUT Web App or console account to get it. If you skip it, you will be able to find it in the FUT store, under the ‘My Packs’ tab. Obviously, you can only redeem your offer in one of the daily gifts seasons we have posted in the previous chapter.

The speculation is over. Brazilian League will not be included into FIFA 16 but 16 Brazilian teams will.

Sixteen Brazilian Teams Included into FIFA 16

Every year we ask our fans which new league they want to see in the new FIFA. And every year the answer is the same: we want Brazilian League back. They should be happy, not because the league will be included into FIFA 16, but because they will have the chance to play with 16 Brazilian teams.

EA Sports announced today that 16 Brazilian teams will be available in FIFA 16. At launch, the 16 Brazilian teams will appear with authentic crests and kits. Updated player names and visuals will need an online* update when and if available.

“We have worked to create the best possible experience for FIFA fans in Brazil and around the world to include Brazilian teams,” said Jonathan Harris, Brazil Manager, EA. “We know FIFA fans love playing with Brazilian players and teams across the game, so adding 16 clubs is positive news for all fans.”

All Brazilian teams in FIFA 16 are available in the Rest of the World team menu and will be playable in most game modes.
In Career Mode, players on Brazilian clubs will be available in the transfer database for when fans want to acquire them for their campaign.
In FIFA Ultimate Team, players on Brazilian Clubs will become available after fans accept and download the update when and if available.

The Brazilian league will not be fully licensed in FIFA 16 because Flamengo and Corinthians have signed up to appear exclusively in PES 2016 and will be completely absent from FIFA 16. Sport and Goiás were not included in the new game too.

The FUT Web App and Football Club are currently down for maintenance while EA prepares for the new season. So, the big question everyone is making is “When FUT Web App for FIFA 16 will be Launched ?“. We will help you to find the answer.

When FUT Web App for FIFA 16 will be Launched ?

EA have taken down web access to FUT 15 in preparation for FUT 16 at midnight of September 11. If you try to access the Web App you will be redirected to a ‘Coming Soon’ page. It means that your season is almost starting.

This earlier start is exclusively to the FUT 15 players who have created a Security Question and Answer on FUT console before August 1, 2015. It’s this that defines the beginning of the game with the start of the market, for those who don’t want to lose terrain. YOU have to be there. You’ll receive a starter pack and some welcome packs based only upon your FUT 15 gaming activity. During the first days Daily Gifts will also be offered, so the sooner you start the more you could win. Don’t forget to access your Apps every day. Each day you miss, it is one pack less you get. In the beginning you’ll need all the cards you can get to start your first investments.

But when the FUT Web App for FIFA 16 will be launched? EA Sports will announce it very soon but we may try to find out. One of the ways of doing this is checking what happened last years. In FIFA 15, the web app was pulled down on 12th and back up on 18th. It was supposed to be on 17th, but a few problems have delayed it. In FIFA 14, they turned off the web app on 11th and announced it to 15th. However, EA Sports anticipated in two days avoiding in this way a server overloaded. As you can see it is very hard to find out in which date the FUT Web App for FIFA 16 will be launched because EA Sports never launch in the announced date.

Our guess is that FUT Web App will be launched on Wednesday, September 16th. That is the date published by the reliable FIFA 16 calendar of FIFA Game News website. Every year they share a calendar with the dates of the most important FIFA events. And they are (almost) always right. This year, the FIFA 16 calendar was published in June 7th and their dates for demo, FIFA 16 and EA Access launch, for example, were all right. At this moment, there is no reason to think that they are wrong with the FUT Web App launch date.

September 16 is the most likely launch date for the FUT Web App this year.

FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Important Changes

EA Sports have implemented a few FIFA 16 Ultimate Team important changes to ensure that you will have fun playing it:

Transfer Market is back to FUT Web App
Transfer Market is back to Companion App
Price Ranges will be much wider
Splitted transfer markets for each platform

Transfer Market is back to FUT Web and Companion Apps

To kick off the new Ultimate Team season, the Transfer Market will once again be available within both the Web and Mobile Companion apps beginning September 17. Returning and verified FUT 15 players will be able to get access to the web app and begin building their Ultimate Team club by opening free returning user packs and by trading early via the Transfer Market. Note that you’ll need to start on the web app before you can use the mobile app.

New players to FIFA Ultimate Team must play on console or PC before accessing the Transfer Market via the web app. Within a few days of playing on console, new players will pass verification and be granted access to the Transfer market via the web app. This is a new security measure EA has implemented for FUT 16 to make sure all players are human, as opposed to bots that harm the Transfer Market. The health of the Transfer Market, which determines its availability on the apps will be consistently assessed throughout the season.

Prices Rangers are much wider in FIFA 16

In FUT 16, Price Ranges will start much wider. This will make it easier to buy and sell players on the Transfer Market. Their aim this year is to keep Price Ranges as wide as possible throughout the season to offer a fair environment for trading and to protect the market against coin buying. The less coin farming and buying they see within FUT 16, the wider the Price Ranges will stay.

The chart below illustrates the average price of a sample top-tier player in FUT 15 and the change in Price Range parameters from FUT 15 to FUT 16 at launch. The wider ranges will enhance the trading experience on the Transfer Market.

Splitted Markets for each Platform

To further prevent coin farmers and coin buyers from negatively impacting the FUT economy, EA Sports is splitting Transfer Market economies by console generation. This means coins, club items, and transfer market items will no longer be shared between Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and between PS3 and PS4.

When first accessing FUT 16 through the web apps, you’ll be asked to choose which console you would like to start your FUT club in. After choosing your console type, it will become the default for your account. From that point onwards, all your coins and items will stay within that account on the default console.

Returning FUT players will be able to carry over FIFA Points via a one-time transfer. This can be done between FUT 15 and FUT 16 on the same console or between the Xbox 360 & Xbox One or PS3 & PS4. As always, any players using exploits or transferring FIFA Points using illegitimate accounts or means will be subject to an account ban.

FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Important Changes FAQ

Q: What is Webstart?
A: Webstart is the pre-season for Ultimate Team – it gives all returning and verified FUT 15 players a chance to start their FUT 16 season early on the FUT web and companion apps. Players can claim any returning user packs and begin trading to build their squads.

Q: When is Webstart?
A: Verified, returning FUT 15 players will be able to start trading and claim their free returning user packs with early access to the web and companion apps on or before September 17.

Q: Who can take part in Webstart?
A: FUT 15 console and PC players who have not had their account banned or wiped will have early access to the web and companion apps.

Q: I Played FUT 15, but I can’t access the Webstart, what do I do?
A: If you played FUT 15 on your console and your account is in good standing please contact us through help.ea.com.

Q: I haven’t played FUT 15, but I played an earlier version of FUT, can I get into Webstart?
A: If you are not a returning FUT 15 player you will need to wait until you can play FIFA 16 on a console before your account passes verification and is given access to the web and companion apps. This is to make sure you are a human and not a bot.

Q: Can I buy FIFA Points during Webstart?
A: As in earlier years, FIFA Points can only be purchased on the console.

Q: Is the Transfer Market on the web and companion apps back for good?
A: The web and companion apps are an important part of the FUT experience and we intend to keep them open, but player behaviour and the health of the FUT economy will decide this. We will consistently assess the health of the apps throughout the year.

Q: How much wider are the new price ranges?
A: Trading is an important part of the game so price ranges are considerably wider in FUT 16 at launch than they were last year. We aim to keep them as wide as possible while still protecting the market from coin selling. We will move ranges as needed and depending on the health of the economy.

Q: Are you still going to adjust price ranges?
A: Yes, we will continue to adjust price ranges regularly to make sure high-value players are attainable for everyone.

Q: What does splitting the FUT economies mean?
A: In earlier years, transfer markets co-existed between Xbox 360 and Xbox One and between Playstation 3 and Playstation 4. In practice, this meant that an item listed on Xbox 360 could be bought by a player on Xbox One and vice versa. In FUT 16 each console will have its own transfer market, meaning that an item listed on Xbox 360 can only be bought by another player on Xbox 360. All players will have a one-time option to transfer their FIFA Points from FIFA 15 to FIFA 16 on the same console or across console generations.

Q: How does splitting FUT economies help?
A: Splitting the economies will make it more difficult for coin sellers to move fraudulent coins from one console generation to another.

Q: Are the price ranges unique for each FUT economy?
A: Yes, the split of the economies also means that each console has its own set of price ranges, which we will adjust regularly.

Q: What is coin-glitching?
A: Coin-glitching is the act of exploiting the game to illegally obtain coins.

Q: What are you doing to stop coin-glitching?
A: With FUT 16 we are introducing new security features to prevent illegal generation of coins. However, revealing all the details of these measures would compromise their effectiveness and that is why we can’t go into details.

FUT Web App for FIFA 16 is now live !

Like it happened n previous years, EA Sports has not released the FUT Web App in the announced date: September 17 (Thursday). They did it two day later, during the Champions League matches. Now you can access https://www.easports.com/fifa/ultimate-team/web-app and start your season. Before you do it, we suggest you to take a look to our advices about what is expecting you. It doesn’t take more than 2 minutes and it will be important to you be more prepared, especially if it is your first Web App early access.

Where is the Web App ?

If you are one of those that can’t get in the Web App, check the URL again, try to use another browser or clean the cache of the one you are using. Remember that many thousands of gamers are trying to access. If you can’t enter, try later.

Turn on Login Verification

Login Verification is a mandatory step before you can access the FUT Web App for FIFA 16. It is very easy to do it. Just enter on your Origin account here and enable it. Then, just confirm the email or sms they have sent to you, verify your FIFA Ultimate Team Secret question and answer and store your codes in a safe place.

I’m new to FUT !

Sorry but if you are new to Ultimate Team, FUT Web App early access is not for you. Only gamers who have created a security question/answer on their consoles before August 1st 2015, are eligible to start the Web App now. You will need to start first in the console.

How many packs ?

Besides the starter pack, you will get at least one welcome back pack. The amount of packs you get depends of your FUT 15 activity.

Bad luck ?

No, it is not bad luck. It is like this with every one. To pull a Messi or any other great player in the starter pack is virtually impossible. Don’t dream with great cards because you will be disappointed. Welcome back packs are a slightly better but keep your expectations low.

More packs

If you want to buy packs you will need to use your few coins. You can only transfer FIFA Points on a console with EA Access or the retail version of FIFA 16. If you have EA Access for Xbox One, you will be able to transfer your FIFA 15 Points to FIFA 16 Points during the early access period.

I can’t make profit !

Buy low, sell higher is more difficult in the first days than in the rest of the game because the cash flow in the market is very low. Be patient. As soon as the game is launched everything will change.

There are many people that makes confusion between EA Sports FIFA (aka FIFA 16 Mobile) and FIFA 16 Companion App. The first one allows you to play the game itself. You don’t need to have a console’s account to play it. The second one is like an Web App for mobile devices. FIFA 16 Companion App Download

Please make sure your device meet the requirements and remember that this app requires you to have an Origin account connected to FIFA 16 (Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 or PC). To use the FIFA Ultimate Team features in this app, you must have a FIFA Ultimate Team Club within FIFA 16.

If you used the FIFA Companion App for FUT 15, you probably have realized that the app was offline a couple of days to turn your app into FUT 16. After the update, which is automatic, no longer is possible to use this App to manage your FUT 15 club just like it happens with the Web App too. Note that you’ll need to start on the web app before you can use the mobile app.

Quick Guide to FIFA 16 Companion App

The first screen of the App is a welcome menu to choose between Ultimate Team mode, news and highlights (left).

The top navigation bar of FIFA 16 Companion App main menu (centre), gives you direct access to six sub-menus: squads, draft, transfers, store, club and assigned items.

In you squad menu (right) you can test the chemistry and the formation of your team, as well as see which team rating you have. With a simple tap on the bottom corner of the screen, you can check the substitutes and the reserves.

From the squads menu you see every single TOTW of FIFA 16 (left).

Draft mode (right and centre) is a new addition to consoles this year and you can also use it in the FIFA 16 Companion App. Plan your draft squad in your mobile device and play in the console. You can pay the entrance fee with coins, FIFA Points or Draft Tokens.

Like it happens in the Web App and in the console, the transfer screen (left) has three sub-menus: transfer market, where you can search for a new player; transfer list, where all your players for sale are stored; and transfer targets, a kind of watch list to see the players you are following.

In the transfer market (centre), you can see the details of any card and bid for it or add it to you favourite list.

If you feel lucky, you may try to get a good card buying a pack in the store (right). Obviously, the prices are exactly the same ones from the console’s store.

The ‘Club’ screen shows you everything you have in your club. From there you can choose the badge for your team or apply a contract to a player / manager.

The ‘Unassigned’ screen shows you all the items that are waiting to know for where they go.

FIFA 16 is out now in the North American stores. Players from United States, Canada and Mexico will be the first ones to try the new game.

The pre-season for Ultimate Team has started in September 15th, with the FUT 16 Web App and the Companion App launch. EA Access subscribers also got the chance to try FIFA 16 first. A 10 hours trial was available to them five days earlier. Now that FIFA 16 can be found in the stores, anyone with 50 pounds in the pocket can play it.

FIFA 16 innovates across the entire pitch to deliver a balanced, authentic, and exciting football experience that lets you play your way, and compete at a higher level. You’ll have Confidence in Defending, take Control in Midfield, and you’ll produce more Moments of Magic than ever before.

With innovative gameplay features, FIFA 16 brings Confidence in Defending, Control in Midfield, and gives you the tools to create more Moments of Magic than ever before. Fans new to the franchise, or skilled players looking to improve their game will have a chance to Compete at a Higher Level using the all new FIFA Trainer.

FIFA 16 also includes new ways to play. It is, for example, the first release in the iconic franchise’s history to feature 12 Women’s National Teams.

Ultimate Team History

“As the digitisation of the late Nineties and beyond took hold, football stickers fell by the wayside, seemingly lost to history, part of a bygone era. Then, for the best part of a decade, they were forgotten about, until the release of FIFA 09’s downloadable content, FIFA Ultimate Team – now widely known, simply, as FUT – in March 2009.”

“But Ultimate Team – or, at least, something similar – had been on the minds of those working at EA Sports from almost the beginning of the series, according to Producer Marc Aubanel, who worked on the game from 1993 to 2002. He says: “The whole manager side of football was something we were talking about from day one. Championship Manager was big at the time, so that was on our radar from the early days – this is not only a great arcade experience, there’s a real strategy element too.”

“It was just a matter of time until something like FUT emerged. During my tenure, we were just adding teams; logistically, it was pretty much dealing with the new licenses.”

“It was always like ‘Okay, we’ve got X new teams, leagues, languages’, so we never had the ability to do something like that – we were too busy going to Korea to get their league, etc. But it was inevitable that something like FUT would be a part of FIFA.”

“Further testament to that virtual-social theme is the soaring popularity of Ultimate Team – already FIFA’s most successful mode, and a runaway success – which records some astonishing statistics.”

In the first five years of the new mode – two of which were spent as optional downloads, so not even on the FIFA disc – there were 21.8million unique FUT players. To limit the amount of players that are in the middle of a FUT match when maintenance starts, EA prevent new FUT matches from starting on the appropriate platforms approximately 30 minutes before the maintenance begins. They are doing this to prevent players from starting matches that would not have a chance to finish before the maintenance starts.

Players that are already in a match will be unaffected and should be able to complete their matches within the 30-minute window. When the maintenance is complete, you will be able to find and start a match creation once again.

A: Probably not. However, Daily Gifts are live until November 16.

Q: What will happen to the market due to FUT United for FIFA 16 ?
A: Most of the prices will go down, especially during the best Happy Hours and gifts. However, don’t expect a huge drop. A crash like happen with Black Friday, FUTMas or TOTY are out of question. If you want, you can sell your players before FUT United begins (as soon as possible) and buy them back next week.

Black Friday for FIFA 16 Ultimate Team – Quick Guide

Q: What is Black Friday ?
A: Black Friday is the day regarded as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season. In this day, the prices are lower making it the one with more sales in the year.

Q: What can I expect from Black Friday for FIFA 16 ?
A: Many Happy Hours.

Q: When is Black Friday for FIFA 16 ?
A: This year, Black Friday is at November 27.

Q: Black Friday for FIFA 16 is only a day, right ?
A: Wrong. It extends until Syber Monday, at November 30.

Q: When was Black Friday for FIFA 15 ?
A: Between November 28 and December 1, 2015.

Q: Which Happy Hours can we expect on these days ?
A: By the experience of previous years, 25k or 35k packs will be permanently available on the store all day on Friday and Monday. Additionally, Lightning Rounds should be available on both days.

Q: What are Lightning Rounds ?
A: Lightning Rounds are new rounds of happy hours every three hours in which promo packs are available on the store until they run out.

Q: How Lightning Rounds work ?
A: On Lightning Rounds there are a global limited amount of packs to be sold. The first to come are the first to be served. On other hand, without a limit of packs for each user, you are free to buy how many promo packs you want as long as they are not sold out.

Q: When Lightning Rounds will take place ?
A: Probably at 3pm, 6pm and 9pm of Friday; 12am of Saturday; 3pm, 6pm and 9pm of Monday; 12am of Tuesday.

Q: In which days happy hours will be released ?
A: Everyday during the Black Friday.

Q: Which Happy Hours takes place during the Black Friday for FIFA 16 ?

Q: Can we expect 100k Jumbo Rare Players Packs ?
A: Yes. They should be the last packs to be released in each one of the two days.

Q: Can we expect a featured tournament related with the Black Friday ?
A: In previous years, there was no tournament. However, it doesn’t mean that they will not release one.

Q: What will happen to the market due to Black Friday for FIFA 16 ?
A: During FUT United, most of the prices have fallen. As soon as it ended, prices were up again but not to the levels before FUT United. As Black Friday approach, the trend is prices begin to gradually fall again. The lower prices should be reached during the 100k Happy Hours packs. After the Cyber Monday, prices will go up again but not to the levels between Fut United and Black Friday.

Q: When should I sell my cards ?
A: If you really want to sell your cards, do it as soon as possible. The longer it takes, the more they will be devalued. Don’t sell them on Black Friday.

Q: When should I buy them back ?
A: On November 27 and 30, if possible during 100k Happy Hours packs.

Q: Which one is more important: FUT United or Black Friday ?
A: Usually it is Black Friday which can be partial explained with the debut of 100k packs in the game. However, this year these packs made their first appearance in the FUT during FUT United, balancing the importance of FUT United and Black Friday.

TOTY of FIFA 16 Ultimate Team – The Nominees

The TOTY (Team of the Year) of FIFA 16 Ultimate Team is a selection of eleven players which attributes are much improved. The prices ​​of these players often reach the millions of coins, which of course has influence on the market value of all other players.

This best team of 2015 is build from the voting of FIFPro, the world wide professional footballers association. The 55 players listed below were announced at November 26 and have been selected by professional footballers worldwide, with a new record of almost 25,000 players from 70 countries participating in this year’s ballot. The final team will be announced at the FIFA Ballon d’Or in Zurich on Monday January 11, 2016.
