Q: What is ’16 Days of FIFA’ ?
A: It is an event that EA organizes to celebrate the holiday season.
Q: When will take place ’16 Days of FIFA’ ?
A: Probably 16 days before Christmas. In other words, it will starts on December 10 and runs until December 25.
Q: When was ’15 Days of FIFA’ ?
A: 11-25 December.
Q: Which are the highlights of ’16 Days of FIFA’ ?
A: This event is announced as the biggest social giveaway of the year. In other words, EA Sports will be giving away new prizes everyday to their social networks followers.
Q: What exactly are the prizes ?
A: You can check the program in the top of this page. During the event, EA Sports FIFA will be offering FIFA 16 copies, signed jerseys and more merchandising.
Q: How can I be eligible for these prizes ?
A: You need to follow at least one of the three EA Sports FIFA social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and reply to their posts.
Q: Are these prizes available for all platforms ?
A: Yes.
Q: ’16 Days of FIFA’ is something about the first days after its release. Right ?
A: Wrong. You are talking about another thing, ‘The first 16 Days of FIFA 16’ that you can find here. There is a great infographic about it here.
Q: What will happen to the market because of ’16 Days of FIFA’ ?
A: Nothing. The market can be affected by other events, like FUTMas, but ’16 Days of FIFA’ has no effect over it.
FIFA 16 Ultimate Team is celebrating FUTmas with new offers every day. From December 18, 2015 to January 2, 2016, check out all the exciting offers in-game available for a limited time only. Whether it’s a tournament or pack offer, there is something for everyone!
Read our short guide to know the complete program and how FUTMas works.
Q: What is FUTMas ?
A: FUTMas is an event created by EA Sports to celebrate the Holiday season. During the FUTMas there is a new Happy Hour, a free pack or a new tournament every day.
Q: When is FUTMas ?
A: Every year, during the Holiday season. In FIFA 16, it takes place between December 18th and January 4th.
Q: When was FUTMas in FIFA 15 ?
A: Between December 19th and January 2nd.
Q: Are there Daily Gifts during the FUTMas ?
A: Yes. Daily Gifts are assigned every day during FUTMas.
Q: What is the schedule of FUTMas for FIFA 16 ?
A: You can check it in the top of this page.
Q: Which Happy Hours takes place during the FUTMas for FIFA 16 ?
A: Check here please.
Q: Which Tournaments I can play during the FUTMas for FIFA 16 ?
A: Check here please.
Q: FUTMas and ’16 Days of FIFA’ are the same thing ?
A: No. The only thing they have in common is that they are released during the Holiday season. During the ’16 Days of FIFA’, EA Sports offers special gifts to their social channels followers.
Q: Which Happy Hours are expected to be released during FUTMas ?
A: From the experience of previous years, the following packs should be released:
Jumbo Rare Players Packs (100k)
Rare Players Packs (50k)
Mega Packs (35k)
Rare God Pack (25k)
Premium Gold Players Packs (25k)
Rare Consumables Packs (20k)
Jumbo Premium Gold Packs (15k)
Q: When will 100k packs be released ?
A: In the previous seasons, 100k packs were released on December 26th and on the first two days of the year. We think they will be released again on these three days but also in other days, like December 18.
Q: It is possible to know which packs will be released on which days ?
A: No. We can only speculate on the basis of what happened in previous years:
December 18 to December 25
Mega Packs (35k) and lower
December 26 Lightning Rounds featuring 100k and 50k packs
December 27 to December 31
Gold Rare Packs and lower
January 1
Jumbo Rare Players Packs (100k)
January 2 to 4 Lightning Rounds featuring 100k and 50k packs
Q: What are Lightning Rounds ?
A: Lightning Rounds are new rounds of happy hours every hour in which promo packs are available on the store until they run out.
Q: How Lightning Rounds work ?
A: On Lightning Rounds, best packs have a global limited amount of packs to be sold. The first to come is the first to be served. On other hand, without a limit of packs for each user, you are free to buy how many promo packs you want as long as they are not sold out.
Q: How different are the tournaments released during the FUTMas ?
A: Usually, they have better prizes.
Q: Will EA offer free packs during FUTMas ?
A: Yes, they will. However, these cards will be untradeable.
Q: How FUTMas affects the market ?
A: The FUTMas has a significant impact on the FUT 16 market, especially on days when the best packs are released (December 26th, January 1st and January 2nd). On these days lots of packs are sold and many new gamers start playing the game. There are more cards on the market and the prices are lower. Usually the prices drop more than 20%, which means that you can buy cards and sell them shortly after by very considerable profit margins.
Q: How to profit with FUTMas ?
A: It is very easy to make coins during the FUTMas. You just need to sell and buy cards at the right time. Don’t buy packs. Take the chance to build a better squad or to buy low and sell higher.
Q: When should I sell and buy cards ?
A: The first market crash happens during the FUT United. Nothing remains the same after this day. During Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the prices are still much lower than before FUT United but, until the FUTMas release, the market recovers and the prices go slightly up. That increase won’t last longer: once the run to the packs begins, the market gets full of NIF cards and their value drops substantially. That happens during FUTMas, not so much because of the season promotions, but more as an anticipation of what will happen on TOTY week (January 11 to 17).
As players become more aware of cyclical events in FUT, it becomes easier to predict what’s going to happen. In this context, the crash anticipation occurs each time sooner. For example: prices dropped until Black Friday morning and then started to slightly increase, as a result of the high speculation felt on previous days. It will be just like this with FUTMas. The best thing to do is to sell everything as soon as possible, preferably until the 18th, and (re)buy them again on the TOTY week, when the cards prices reach their lower peak. For who is more experienced, we recommend buying and selling several times during this season. We already announced when 100k packs will be out, so you should take advantage of this information to anticipate yourself to the market behaviour.
Q: In which cards should I invest ?
A: Be aware that, because of its lower offer, the downgrade of IF cards and best players (lower cardweight) is lower and more unpredictable. For this reason, we recommend you bet on buying NIF players or consumables up to 5k coins. Its downgrade is much higher in percentage and can achieve, in some cases, prices 50% lower.
Always with the goal of making FIFA U Team more user friendly, we introduced a new comments system.
Learn here how it works and how it can help you.
New FIFA U Team Comments System
FIFA U Team was built to the community. That’s why we are always available to hear your suggestions. That was the case of a request made by several of our followers who asked us a simpler comments system and more suitable to their needs.
We are now adding a new comments system, with the same minimalist look, but with four new main goals:
– better hierarchy;
– comments edition;
– comments score;
– and new comments subscription.
At the end of each article, there is a comments section which you can use to share your experiences and ask you questions. In order to improve your user experience, we made a few changes:
1
Better Identification
It has become clearer who is leaving a comment. Below of the user image there is now a user category like article author, site staff or guest.
Find out on the end of this page how you can add you picture to your profile (1).
The comments hierarchy is now more clear, thanks to the background colours and to the ‘Hide Replies’ button.
3
Edit a Comment
Do you want to make a change to a comment you have submitted? Then, you just have to click on ‘edit’. You have 15 minutes to do it.
4
Score a Comment
We added a ‘like/dislike’ score button to highlight the best comments. If you read something that was useful to you, give it a like. If there was a comment you totally disagree or was offensive, give it a ‘dislike’. Remember that you can only vote once.
5
Sort Comments
Now you can choose how do you want to see the comments: by date (most recent on the top or on the bottom) or by popularity. In this way, it is easier to find the most important comments.
6
Share Comments
Sometimes there are comments that deserve to be shared. Now you can do it directly by clicking on share and selecting the social network where you want to share (Facebook, Twitter or Google+). You can also copy paste the link of the comment, clicking in the top right icon.
7
Subscribe Comments
Now we send you an email when someone reply to you or post something interesting. In the top of the comments you have three subscription alternatives: new comments on the page, new replies to your comments or new replies to a specific comment you submitted.

To add an image to your profile, you need to go to https://en.gravatar.com, register, link an email address, upload an image and every time you send us a comment using your email address, it will show your picture.

FIFA 16 Ultimate Team TOTY Prediction
Team of the Year is probably the biggest event in FUT 16. And it’s coming…
Every year since FUT 12, in early January, EA Sports build a team of players based on their real life performance on the previous year. The players of this TOTY are selected from the voting of FIFPro, the world wide professional footballers association, and announced in the FIFA Ballon d’Or Gala. They are supposed to be the best players in the world. They are upgraded with a blue TOTY card which becomes available in packs for a week (two days for each position and a final day with all players together).
This year, the blue cards will be announced at January 11th. We made a FIFA 16 Ultimate Team TOTY Prediction and now we want to share it with you. This prediction doesn’t reflect our preferences. It is based on the players performances but also in the other years selections.

FIFA 16 Winter Transfers Cards
Many players find a new direction for their careers during the winter transfers window.
In order to keep the game updated, EA releases new cards to these players in their new clubs. These cards replace the old ones into packs. The cards with the old clubs are not updated and are no longer released in packs. That is, the same player can have cards from two different clubs at the same time but they can be found in packs only with the new club.
The new cards allow you to build more teams with good chemistry.

Different to what happens on other game modes, the players aren’t automatically updated throughout the season according to their appearances in real life. Some may receive In Form cards, but most players remain with the characteristics they were given at the start of the season. In Ultimate Team, upgrades are made through the release of new cards in determined periods. The first one happens within the transition of one FIFA to another looking to reflect the player’s evolution between two seasons. The second one, in February, rewards the players who stood out the most along the first half of the season with the release of new (improved) cards. That’s exactly these winter upgraded players cards that were released now.
There are some rules about these UP cards that you should know:
Upgrades apply to new non-inform players found in packs. Non-IF players in your Club will not receive an upgrade.
If an upgraded player’s new OVR rating equals or surpasses his existing first in-form’s rating, his IFs will get an upgrade.
If an upgraded player’s new OVR rating does not equal or surpass his existing in-form’s rating, his IFs will not get an upgrade. (Ex: Jamie Vardy went from 71 to 75 OVR, his 82 Record Breaker will not receive an upgrade)
However, if an upgraded player with an existing IF gets upgraded across Quality tiers (eg. Silver to Gold), his lower-quality IF will not get an upgrade. This preserves the in-form’s high value. (Ex: Jack Butland’s item is now Gold, but his Silver In-Form will not receive an upgrade and stays Silver.)
If you already own the in-form version of an upgraded player in your Club, your IF will get an upgrade.
Visually the cards are similar to their regular versions.

They are all green! EA Sports have released the St. Patrick’s Day Green Cards of FIFA 16 Ultimate Team. We will explain all the details about these (not so) special cards.
St. Patrick’s Day Green Cards of FIFA 16 Ultimate Team
Every year, EA Sports releases green cards to celebrate the St. Patrick’s Day and this year it was no exception. We will try to clarify the most common questions about these cards.
Q: Why EA releases green cards into FIFA 16 Ultimate Team ? A: EA releases green cards to celebrate the St. Patrick’s Day.
Q: Is this the first time that these cards are released ? A: No. In FIFA 14, the green cards were assigned to FIFA World Cup 2014 best players. However, in FIFA 15 the green cards were assigned to the best Irish players.
Q: When these cards will be released ? A: Between March 16th (6pm UK time) to March 21st (6pm UK time).
Q: Will all the Irish players receive a green card ? A: No. Just a selection of 23 players, like a normal TOTW.
Q: Who makes de decision of which players get a green card ? A: EA Sports.
Q: Which players will receive St. Patrick’s Day Cards this year ? A: You can see them in the following image:
Q: How big is the boost in the stats of these green cards ? A: There is no boost.
Q: What is the difference between these cards and their respective NIF cards ? A: Basically the only difference is the colour. During these five days, the player’s cards pulled from packs will be released on green instead of their normal colours. The discard price of these cards are also different.
Q: What happens to the old cards ? A: Nothing changes.
Q: What are the discard prices of the St. Patrick’s Day Green Cards ? A: The green cards have the same quick sell prices of the others In Form cards. You can see them here. For that reason, their price ranges are also higher.
Q: Why the England’s Jack Grealish received a green card ? A: It was a mistake. EA revised the St. Patrick’s Day team and replaced him with Stoke City’s Jonathan Walters.
Q: Is there any St. Patrick’s Day tournament ? A: Yes. You can see it here.
It is the seventh birthday of the most popular FIFA game mode. Celebrate 7 years of FIFA Ultimate Team with free packs and find out this week’s special FUT 16 events.
Celebrate 7 years of FIFA Ultimate Team
To celebrate FUT’s seventh birthday, FIFA Ultimate Team will be holding special events throughout the week.
Let’s see which ones…
Free Packs
Everyone loves free packs. And EA know it. As a thank you for your support, they are giving away free packs to all FUT 16 players.
Between March 21 (Monday) and March 28 (Monday), you will get a untradeable pack in your account, one per each day. You just need to go to your PC or console and open your FUT store. You can use the Companion or Web App to get your free pack. Remember to claim yours each day because they don’t carry over. You can not sell them and the discard price is 0. These packs should be available for everyone except for mobile players. A new free pack is announced every day at 6pm (UK time).
Don’t forget to share with us in the comments section what you pull from these free packs.
To celebrate the seventh FUT anniversary, EA released a great tournament. You can win it up to seven times and get ever-increasing rewards. The very first online winning reward will be an exclusive EA-branded kit for your club.
The FUT Birthday Cup starts at March 21 6pm (UK time) and ends exactly seven days later at March 28. The only requirement to play is to not repeat nationalities.

Seventh win – 100k Jumbo Rare Players Pack

You can know more details about the FUT Birthday Cup clicking here.
Daily Happy Hours
As usual in these special occasions, new pack offers will be available every day. Starting at March 21 and until March 28, a new Happy Hour will be released at 6pm (UK time).
EA Sports has not announced which Happy Hours they will release, but it is easy to guess that they will release the most common ones: 15k, 25k and 35k during the week days and eventually 50k or / and 100k packs during the weekend. You can expect a new pack offer every 7 hours. With all these offers, we may expect a drop in the cards’ prices this week.
During this week, there is something that will happen for the first time: EA Sports will release the 21 cards that you can see in the picture with the player’s international positions. It means that only until March 28, you will have the chance to pull a NIF Ronaldo ST or Hulk ST from a pack.
After this week, all the players will be released in their usual club’s positions.
Since Team of the Year was released, in January, we have been repeatedly questioning about TOTS Dates for FIFA 16 Ultimate Team. In fact, they were not announced by EA but we have an idea when Team of the Season will go out.
IMPORTANT
April 23
Confirmed the first TOTS release date
TOTS Dates for FIFA 16 Ultimate Team
Any Ultimate Team player knows how important the TOTY and TOTS teams are. During the release it is possible to make big improvements to our teams and make amazing deals in the transfer market. That’s why it is normal to see the FIFA community eager and waiting for the launch of the first Team of the Season. The usual way things go is that EA Sports doesn’t announce when it will happen. In the best of the chances, they do it one week before the release date, but it is very unlikely to happen. That is, if you really want to know when the TOTS Dates for FIFA 16 Ultimate Team, so keep reading and all will be revealed.
Year after year, EA follows a very strict calendar. Looking to the release dates of the previous years, it is possible to get a good idea about when the TOTS of FUT 16 will begin. In FIFA 12 and FIFA 13, the first TOTS was launched respectively at May 2 and May 8. However, in FIFA 14 the expected date (May 7) was anticipated two weeks. This was an exception obviously due to the World Cup. Last year, in FIFA 15, the first blue cards were released only at May 20. What sets the date of the first TOTS is the calendar of domestic leagues. This season, the end of major European leagues is in line with what happened in 2014. That’s why the first TOTS of FUT 16 should be announced at April 27, 2016 at 4pm (UK time) and released in packs two hours later. Since these teams are always announced at Wednesdays and Fridays, the alternative dates are April 29 or May 4.
This prediction is also based in our experience and in other important factors:
– Important International Competitions (Copa América t June 3 and Euro 2016 at June 10);
– Most Consistent but Never In Form TOTS Draft Deadline (April 22 in FIFA 15 and April 13 in FIFA 16);
– Transfer Market Health.
Like it happened in previous years, the Most Consistent but Never In Form TOTS will be the first one to be launched. In fact, this has been officially confirmed by EA Sports that began to consult the community about the most suitable players for these three teams (gold, silver and bronze) on March 22, more than a week earlier than in FIFA 15 and FIFA 14 (April 2).
Obviously subject to error, here are the expected TOTS Dates for FIFA 16 Ultimate Team:

This week will be special. It is the FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Community Week, that brings to you free FUT Draft tokens, daily tournaments, new happy hours and other offers.
FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Community Week
To celebrate FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Community Week, EA Sports will be holding special events throughout the week.
Let’s see which ones…
That’s right. If you log in until April 25 at 10 am PT, 6 pm UK, you will find a FUT Draft Token waiting for you. FUT Draft is your opportunity to play with some of the best items in the game and earn some great prizes. If it’s been a while since you’ve played, this free token is your chance to get in, build a strong side and face off against the best.
Please note that the free FUT Draft Token is only available to accounts created before April 18, 2016, that have completed a minimum of five matches in FUT 16. If it is your case, don’t forget to redeem your free FUT Draft Token Pack. It includes the token and four other items.
Every day this week, there will be a new tournament to play both in Online or Single-Player. It starts Friday with the FA Cup Semi-Final Tournament, which also features increasing prize rewards for every tournament victory (up to four wins online). You can follow which tournaments are being released in this page. With many prizes available throughout the week, you’ll want to check back regularly to find out what you can win.
As usual in these special occasions, new pack offers will be available every day. Starting at April 22 and until Friday, a new Happy Hour will be released at 6pm (UK time).
EA Sports has not announced which Happy Hours they will release, but it is easy to guess that they will release the most common ones: 15k, 25k, 35k, 50k and eventually 100k packs.
You can know more about FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Happy Hours here.
More offers will be released during the week. As soon as they are announced, we will update this page. Keep connected with us because free packs may be coming to the game. Everyone loves free packs and EA know it. Last year, EA Sports released a free pack every day during the FUT Community Weekend. Let’s wait and see…
The FIFA 16 Ultimate Team skill upgrades were released. Check the complete list here.
UPDATES
The FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Skill Upgrades are live since April 22nd, 2016
This is the final list
List of FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Skill Upgrades
The Star Skill Moves measures the ability that a player has to perform technical moves. To all skill moves are assigned a number between 1 (least complex) and 5 (most complex). The players with higher skills, like Ronaldo, are able to perform more complex moves. If you often use these moves to confuse the opponents, you should pay attention to this attribute. Otherwise, you will not be able to perform all the skills that you want.
It is not the first time that EA updates the skills of Ultimate Team players. In fact, last year they did it in February and to more players (151).
Skill Upgrades apply to all versions of the players, including the ones you own in your club, the IF cards and the ones you pull from packs. Just remember to restart FIFA and re-enter FUT to apply the update. FUT 16 Skill Move Upgrades will match players’ current Skill Move rating in EA Sports Football Club (EASFC) Match Day as of April 22.
Here it is the complete list of FIFA 16 Ultimate Team Skill Upgrades:
There are nineteen new players in FUT 16 database. It is a mark in the game’s history because it is the first time that players are added to the game during the season.
New Players Added to the FUT 16 Database
Today’s FIFA Ultimate Team update has 19 players who now feature on clubs that are available in-game. This is the first time in FIFA Ultimate Team history that EA is able to add players back into the game that were not available when they launched FIFA 16 in September. EA have never been able to do this before due to ‘technical limitations’ but now the things are changing. This is the result of more development work done over the past months and it will make this kind of update possible in future FIFA games.
Let’s see the complete list of players added to the FUT 16 database, including Emenike and Berbatov:

FIFA 16 Summer Transfers Cards
Many players find a new direction for their careers during the summer transfers window.

This is the time of the year in which everyone has an opinion. Everyone dreams with the perfect FIFA. Let see what the community wants. Share with us in the comments your FIFA 17 soundtrack wishlist.
There are many FIFA 17 rumours, but most of them are fake. We picked the most reliable rumours, added our perception and share our opinion with you about the most likely FIFA 17 songs.
While the gameplay of many versions can blend into each other, the theme music for many FIFA gamers are evocative of a certain time and place. Let’s see which songs you will heard while playing FIFA 17…
‘Chariots’ performed by Paper Route
Likelihood: Confirmed
Country: USA
Studio: Kemosabe Records LLC
Date: 2016
This was the first song of the FIFA 17 soundtrack to be officially confirmed.
Paper Route is an American indie rock band from Nashville, Tennessee formed in 2004. It consists of JT Daly (vocals, keyboards, percussion), Chad Howat (bass, piano, programming), and Nick Aranda (guitars). The band has released two full-length albums and several EPs.
If ‘Chariots’ was the first song to be officially confirmed, Zedd was the first artist. Until now, we still don’t know which song will be part of the soundtrack but the ones with biggest chances are ‘True Colors’ and ‘Beautiful Now’.
Zedd is a Russian-German Grammy Award winning musician who created one of the custom kits of FIFA 17.
‘Jusfayu’ performed by Kumau
Likelihood: To be confirmed
Country: Canadá
Date: 2016
This song was associated with the FIFA 17 soundtrack because it features in the trailer of Juventus and EA Sports partnership.
Ian Kamau is a Canadian hip hop and spoken word artist, writer and visual artist from Toronto.
‘Hype’ performed by Dizzee Rascal & Calvin Harris
Likelihood: Very High
Country: UK
Date: 2016
This song was associated with the FIFA 17 soundtrack because it features in the trailer of the cover vote.
Dizzee Rascal is an English rapper best known for his number-one hits “Dance wiv Me”, “Bonkers”, “Holiday”, “Dirtee Disco”, and “Shout”.
Calvin Harris is a Scottish DJ famous by his song “I’m Not Alone”, which became his first number one on the UK Singles Chart.

Everyone loves new leagues. Fact. And we can confirm right now that new leagues are coming to FIFA 17. But which ones ? Share with us your new leagues wishlist and get to know if the rumours will meet your expectations or not.
FIFA 17 Wishlist and Rumours: New Leagues
This is the time of the year in which everyone has an opinion. Everyone dreams with the perfect FIFA. Let see what the community wants. Write in the comments section which new leagues you would like to see in FIFA 17.
There are many FIFA 17 rumours, but most of them are fake. We picked the most reliable rumours, added our perception and share our opinion with you about the most likely FIFA 17 new leagues.
The main leagues from Brazil, Israel and Ukraine are by far the most wanted. But the community wants to see even more leagues in FIFA 17. They also want other new leagues, as the main ones from China, Japan and India. Let’s see if they will get lucky…
Likelihood: Confirmed
Name: J-League
Current Champions: Sanfrecce Hiroshima
Other Popular Clubs: Kashima Antlers, Gamba Osaka and Kashiwa Reysol
As one of the most popular leagues in Asia, the J1 League has a global fan base and is one of the most requested leagues from the FIFA community. All 18 clubs that make up the J1 League will feature authentic logos, kits, and rosters. Content from these clubs will be in our popular FIFA 17 Ultimate Team and other modes across the game.
Likelihood: Medium
Name: Serie A (Brasileirão)
Current Champions: Corinthians
Other Popular Clubs: Santos, Palmeiras, São Paulo, Flamengo, Cruzeiro and Fluminense
EA Sports has decided to drop this league in FIFA 16 because of problems with image rights. The players from Brazil were no longer represented by FIFPro and, since this was the association which mediated the negotiations, they started to negotiate individually. Something completely impractical. For FIFA 17, the producer has made a huge effort to ensure the return of the Brasileirão but for now there is still no sure if it will be included or not.
Likelihood: Medium
Name: Chinese Super League
Current Champions: Guangzhou Evergrande
Other Popular Clubs: Shandong Luneng, Beijing Guoan and Guangzhou R&F
It is known that Electronic Arts have been closing deals with the most popular Chinese clubs. This is the perfect timing to add the league to the game because many popular players moved to China and the league has now more fans than ever.
FIFA 17 will be the most authentic game of the series as the agreements all around the world show.
La Liga seams to have good chances of having the same treatment the Barclays PL had in FIFA 15, after the deal signed with Electronic Arts. In other words, besides fully licenses, there will be more careful in replicating every detail, from the advertising boards to the television broadcasts.
And you? Which new leagues are in you FIFA 17 wishlist ? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
FUT Web App for FIFA 17 will be available soon. But what is the release date? How can you access it? We are here to clarify these and many other details about the FUT 17 Web App.
We will update this article as soon as Electronic Arts provides more details
When will be launched the FUT Web App for FIFA 17? Except EA, no one can confirms the FUT Web App release date. However, according to our past experience, the most likely date is Tuesday, September 20th, 2016.
It is very hard to find out in which date the FUT Web App for FIFA 17 will be launched because EA Sports never launch in the announced date to avoid servers overloaded. They will probably announce it a week before its release but you should try to login one or two days before the official date.
In FIFA 14, they turned off the web app on September 11th and announced it to 15th. However, EA Sports anticipated in three days. In FIFA 15, the web app was pulled down on September 12th and back up on 18th. It was supposed to be on 17th, but a few problems have delayed it. Last year, the FIFA Web App was under maintenance from September 11th and was released worldwide from September 15tth at 6pm UK, two days before the announced date.

From 6pm UK time, Friday, September 16th, 2016

FUT Web App early access, also know by Webstart, is only available for returned players. It means that only players who have created a security question/answer before August 1st 2016 will be able to use it. If it is not your case, you will see a picture like this one and you will need to play in the console first before you can access to the App. In other hand, if you played FIFA 16 you will have to buy and play FIFA 17 in your console until midnight of October 1st (UK time) to keep using the FUT Web App for FIFA 17.
To access the FUT Web App for FIFA 17, just follow this link. Please note that it will currently be live for FIFA 16 Ultimate Team, until it’s under maintenance for FIFA 17. Once it goes online again, it is not possible anymore to access the FUT Web App for FIFA 16.
Login Verification is a mandatory step before you can access the FUT 17 Web App. If you never activated, just go to your Origin account here and enable it. Then, just confirm the email or sms they have sent to you, verify your FIFA Ultimate Team Secret question and answer and store your codes in a safe place. As simple as that. If you already did it in the past, all will need is your EA account email address, password and answer to your secret question.
FUT Web App early access is not a great time to make the first coins. As usual, you can buy low and sell higher but, since no one is playing it for the first time, it will be very difficult to make much coins with trading. Hopefully, there are offers you can use to boost your game:
Starter Pack
The Starter Pack includes 34 cards, mostly bronze (29 more 2 silver and 3 gold). This pack, besides enough players to start playing, where silver and gold are included with 45 contracts each one, possesses also everything your club needs to start. In other words, the club item cards which will be part of the pack will be: at least one stadium, one ball, one badge and two kits (home and away). All the cards of this first pack are untradeable, which means that you can not sell it.
Welcome Back Packs
The Welcome Back Packs reward returning users for their loyalty – their FUT 16 gaming activity . Most of the 12 cards in each pack will be gold, for which these offers assume particular importance in the start of your club. You’ll be rewarded too with two all players packs, each one with 4 bronze players cards, 4 silver players cards and 4 gold players cards (at least one rare).
Daily Gifts
During the first days Daily Gifts will also be offered, so the sooner you start the more you can win. Don’t forget to access your Apps every day. Each day you miss, it is one pack less you get. In the beginning you’ll need all the cards you can get to start your first investments. The first daily gift will be available until midnight (UK time) of FUT Web App release date and the last one until midnight (UK time) of Monday, October 3rd. Cards are more expensive in the early days, meaning daily gifts are relatively worth significantly more. Don’t forget to redeem your daily gift if you want to have a good start. For more Daily Gifts details, including when they will be available and what you can receive, please click here.
